Can I eat food during the cleanse?
Always listen to your body and do what feels supportive. For best results, we recommend sticking to juice only. However, if needed, choose raw fruits and vegetables, avocado, or a light vegetable broth.
Will I feel hungry?

Do the juices need to be refrigerated?
Yes. Little Bee juices are cold-pressed and unpasteurized to retain maximum nutrients, so they must be kept refrigerated and consumed by the best-by date on the bottle.
